Whole-Yard Lawn Conversion
Front, back, or both: sod out, base in, turf down. The ground gets graded and a crushed base compacted before any turf is rolled, the seams are bonded, the edges fastened, and the infill broomed in as the finishing weight. It reads as a lawn from the street and works like a patio underneath. Clean cuts against walks and fence lines finish the look, and the same base handles a courthouse-district lot or an edge-of-town acreage without changing spec.
