This policy explains what Lubbock Artificial Turf collects when you contact us, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Plain English, no surprises.

What we collect
When you fill out a quote form on this site, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your name, your phone number, and a short description of the project you want priced. That is the whole form.
When you call the number on this site, we collect your phone number and whatever you tell us about your project so we can get back to you. Calls may be recorded.
We also record basic information about how you arrived at this site, such as the page you landed on and whether you came from a search engine or an advertisement. We use this to understand which pages are useful. How this interacts with advertising is described under Advertising measurement below.
We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information. Please do not send them through the form.
How we use it, and who else sees it
Your details go to the turf installer who will do the work. That is the point of asking. When you request a quote, your name, phone number and project description reach the artificial turf installer working under this brand in your area, so the job can be priced and any site visit arranged. They contact you directly about the job from there.
We also use what you send us to follow up about your request ourselves, by phone or by text from a real person.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to unrelated companies to market their own products to you. It goes to the installer who is fulfilling the request you made, and nowhere else.
A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, for example the company that hosts this website, the phone system that carries our calls, and the customer records system where we keep your request. They may only use it to provide that service to us, and never for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Advertising measurement. We use Meta (Facebook) tools to measure whether our ads work. Meta’s tools read the quote form on this page and send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of the name and phone number typed into it, so Meta can tell whether one of our ads led to your request. Scrambled means Meta receives a string of characters, not your name as you typed it. This happens as the form is filled in, not only when it is sent, so it can happen even if you change your mind and never submit. Meta does not receive your project description. We never upload customer lists for marketing.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google receives the pages you viewed, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used, and whether you tapped a phone number or sent the quote form. Google is a separate company and holds that information under its own terms. We do not send Google your name, your phone number, or what you wrote about your project.
Both of the tools above, and the form itself, store small amounts of information in your own browser — things like which advert brought you here and whether you have already sent a request. You can clear that at any time in your browser settings, and you can block it with your browser’s privacy controls or an ad blocker. Nothing on this site requires it.
Text messages
We do not run automated or marketing text campaigns, and this site has no text-message signup. If you get a text from us about your quote, a person typed it. Reply and tell us to stop and we will stop.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep an accurate record of the work we have passed on. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop calling, stop texting, or delete what we hold about you. Call (806) 630-0409. If the installer has already contacted you, ask them directly as well, since they hold their own copy of your request.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version replaces this page.
